Hello!

I’m a Shreveport, Louisiana Artist working in the mediums of drawing, painting, and printmaking. I’ve has lived in Louisiana and Arkansas for 30 years, and my work reflects my exposure to nature during this time. While I enjoy pulling inspiration from nature, I am also interested in the idea of relationships and the feelings and ideas people attach to everyday objects.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Louisiana Tech University with a minor in Art History. I am currently enrolled in medical school.

I’ve been accepted to numerous Juried exhibitions, including a nationally juried show at the South Arkansas Art Center, juried by David Houston, the director of the Bo Bartlett Center, College for the Arts at Columbus State University, Georgia.

I’ve has also traveled abroad to Barcelona Spain to participate in an artist residency at Art Print Residence. There I explored the textures of the Spanish landscape and culture to make a series of prints that reflected my experience.
